District Health Society Recruitment 2016 – 160 Medical Officer, ANM & Pharmacist Posts: Government Of Andhra Pradesh District Health Society Chittoor District intridused a notification regarding the recruitment of medical officer and pharmacist for mobile health terms contract basis under Rastriya bala seasthya karyakaram (RBSK), National health mission. 1. Medical Officer: 60 Posts
i. Male: 30 Posts
ii. Female: 30 Posts
2. Ayush Medical Officers: 20 Posts
i. Male: 10 Posts
ii. Female: 10 Posts
3. ANM: 40 Posts
4. Pharmacist: 40 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate minimum age should be 18 to 44 years as on 01-07-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS degree or an equivalent qualification for Post 1, Degree in Ayurveda for Post 2, SSC with MPHW(F) Training Certificate for Post 3, SSC, Diploma in Pharmacy, Registered with Pharmacy Council for Post 4.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send application in prescribed format along with elf attested copies of all certificates through registered post to the respective District Medical & Health Officers to the concerned district on or before 12-07-2016 by 05:00 PM.

1) Medical Officer (Male) – Rs. 30,000/-
2) Medical Officer (Female) – Rs. 30,000/-
3) Medical Officer (Ayush) (Male) – Rs. 22,000/-
4) Medical Officer (Ayush) (Female) – Rs. 22,000/-
5) Auxiliary Nurse Midwife – Rs.10,000/-
6) pharmacist – Rs. 10,000/-
